PEPPER GRINDER
This project aims to learn about related techniques associated with metal casting. This pepper grinder is achieved by using sand casting. During the process, a wooden mold was used in the casting step.
This pepper grinder is designed in a linear spiral shape. Due to its shape, it provides the user with a better grip while grinding pepper. It allows the user’s hand freely holding it without any discomfort. The cap of this pepper grinder is a short cylinder that seamlessly fits into the opening on the body, giving the illusion that the body and cap are solid. In addition, the handle is also designed in a way that it can be hidden inside the lid when not used. The body will be cast in aluminum, and the cap will be cast in plastic.
